By accessing AI Sector Watch ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service. AI Sector Watch is an independent publisher of factual market information and data related to AI-sector equities and funds. All content is for informational and educational purposes only (see our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms).
2. No advisory relationship. Use of the Service does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and AI Sector Watch. We do not provide personalized investment advice.
3. Subscriptions and payment. Certain content requires a paid subscription. Prices are shown at checkout and billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish our content without written permission. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property. All content, design, and methodology on the Service are owned by AI Sector Watch or its licensors. Data provided by third parties remains the property of those parties.
6. Third-party data. The Service relies on third-party data sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
7. Disclaimer of warranties. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Sector Watch and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
